Here is a short work-at-hand. We need a TIBCO consultant to help review an RFP and prepare an response. Any guidance will help.

 

Here is the work at hand:

There is a "No Objection Certificate" workflow for a customer in Middle East. This requires getting data from various operational databases and web services to figure out whether a Certificate can be issued to a specific contractor. It also requires forwarding the request to various stakeholders such as Inspectors/Planners/Engineers within a govt. body.

Currently we are bidding on this RFP and have been shortlisted. We need immediate help with Architecture review and POC ideas for about a week. If we are successful in winning the project, there will be scope for a lot of future work. ..
