FRA -- session 2 - solved case study

All,

attached is  a solved version of the Maria.H. case study. I was a little late to class this morning, and missed the initial bit.  However the "net cash in Bank" in the solution comes to 6,600 (12,000 - 5,400) which is same as in the case study. That is a good cross-check.

 

I was not able to note the other numbers such as Total Assets, Net Income, etc during the class.   if you noted   these from the class session and they are different from the one in the attached Excel, let me know.

An observation from my side:

It seems that the Total Assets are some other results are different in teh 2 solutions. 

Total Assets   from IIMC prof = 539,500

Total Assets from   the solution from SABANCI UNIVERSITY = 492, 500

 

Also amount fro RE .. retained earnings .. are different. IIM C has 39,500.

                        SABANCI University has -7,500

 

These are both  good solutions for us to study. Thanks for sending.
