Help with setting up Smoothieware

I am building a PNP machine using SKR 1.4 Turbo board flashed with custom smoothieware (https://makr.zone/smoothieware-new-firmware-for-pnp/500/) for PHP set to 5 axis.

Setting up axis was not a problem but i am facing trouble with getting the nozzle N1 to rotate. 

I have done the necessary pin mapping via config.txt but it does not works. 

I swapped stepper motor/driver still it does not works..

I have 2 boards, same SKR 1.4 Turbo. Flashed it with same firmware and same config.txt it still does not works. 

Mind you Everything else works fine: 

X/Y/Z and N2 but just that this nozzle does not works. 

Now, i tried to swap drivers of X with N1. Change pins in config.txt and to my shock X axis does not work but N2 works. 

So its just that N2 port that refuses to work but others work just fine what might be the problem?
