Using SG90 servo motors with smoothie board

That's going to depend on the documentation for that servo motor, do you have a manual for it?

In there you should find documentation about a step+direction interface, and that's what you want to use.

SG90 is a standard hobby servo driven by PWM, look at the bltouch examples for how to control a PWM servo motor.
