Smoothie board error connecting to the computer (USB connection)

hey guys, I’m using the smoothie-board for my OT-one robot by opentrons. My smoothie-board is not able to establish a connection with the my computer through a USB port ( COM 5). Please refer to the image below. previously on mac it did pick up a connection with no problem. I happen to see this issue on windows ( OS windows 11). help anyone?

Smoothie-board oldest versionV1 .

-Conguration file for smoothieboard is attached

-G-codes files for the Opentrons OT-1 robot

-firmware

Can you try connecting with something else like pronterface and see if it answers there?
