Java-to-EDIFACT Java 12 Example

Hi.

Based on the Java-to-EDIFACT example I created an Github project for Java 12: https://github.com/domids/smooks-java-to-edifact-java12-example

Because of JEP-320 some modules required for building the example were deprecated in Java 9 and removed in Java 11. To make the example work again the missing modules were included as Maven dependencies.

I hope it could help others as I've had some trouble figuring that out :)

Letting everyone know that Smooks 2.0.0-RC2 will officially support Java 11.
