[ANNOUNCE] Smooks 2.1.0 release

Dear Smooks community,

Happy to announce the umbrella release of Smooks 2.1.0. This release address a no. of issues, mostly related to the new pipeline feature introduced in v2.

Hello dear Smook team. Once I came to the decision to use the "Smooks" library in my project. Unfortunately it was not able to run un edifact files as I wanted. Additionally, it is a difficult library to use and there is not even a tutorial video on what to do and how to do it. Could you please add this requirement? Otherwise we will not able to use this library.
