[DISCUSS] Retire Misc Cartridge

Hey all,

I'm thinking about retiring the Misc cartridge. It doesn't seem to be used and most of its functionality can probably be replaced by delegate-reader (renamed to rewrite in the next release). Besides this, it's not even documented. Objections?
