[ANNOUNCE] Smooks 2.0.0 GA Release

Dear Smooks community,

I'm thrilled to announce the GA of Smooks 2. It's been a long journey but thanks to everyone for making this possible. A special shout-out goes out to Tom Fennelly for his guidance.

If you're still on v1, we urge you to upgrade to Smook 2 as soon as possible. Numerous security vulnerabilities were fixed in v2. Head over to the Smooks website to see what's new in Smooks 2 and migration notes from v1.7 to v2.

The latest release has a major API breaking change which will likely impact everyone who is already on a v2 release candidate or milestone release. Please consult the Smooks release notes. Cartridge release notes are located in the cartridge's GitHub release page.
