John Haney at Alveron cookers is an old friend of mine. He builds a great
box style cooker. His engineering backround allows him to fabricate just
about anything anyone wants. I've seen some great looking cookers come out
of his shop. He does not have a site, but has a few different models. His
Chubby Series makes a great chicken cooker. Most of this cookers are gas
powered, but he can make combination gas/wood cookers and all charcoal/wood
as well. John built me a charcoal pit a few years ago to use at CPM class.
It worked so well, he still has it, lets me use it when I want, but won't
sell it to me outright :)) (not that I need another cooker)
