You guys need to know that we (you and I) are one of 40 South Bay restaurants featured in the 2013 San Francisco Michelin Guide.  This means that an anonymous reviewer came in on a random day, had the food, and felt we were worthy of inclusion.

It's not like we're 5 stars or anything.  It's just a mention.  There are a couple 2 stars in San Jose and surrounds but we're unstarred as are most of the 40.

Anyway, since we're all in this venture together, you deserve to know.  Again, my deepest thanks to you experts here, especially, Gary W., Frank B. and Danny G.

Gratefully,

Paul

Way to go, Paul!

I'm sure my bribe to the Michelin Man helped, but your place is worthy of a stop, even if they won't give you a star (yet)!  The listing means they will be back.

Fantastic!  Congrats!

(BTW, Michelin only gives three stars, max, and if you lose one, you have to kill yourself.)

Don't worry, I've got my Glock and my Binelli handy at all times.  (Clinging to them).

Good to hear that!  You have a reliable way out from disgrace.  James Bond would have approved...he hated the damn Berettas, and preferred his Walther PPK.

That is great Paul! However, I am going to wait until you make the BF Goodrich, Bridgestone, or Pirelli list. The Yokahama list would be a great one to try for too.  J

I had Hankook in here the other day.  They hated it, mostly because I didn't speak Korean.

How about Hankook?  That sounds vaguely like food....

Fantastic Paul, keep putting out the good stuff! Maybe you should keep a bottle of Yoshida's original sauce on hand to serve the Korean and Japanese guests.
