I do them all the time! They turn out great. Just add your favorite rub or marinade
and let them go!
They turned out really well--nice and crispy!
I left them whole rather than separating. I've got the extra hanging rack....could add a couple more racks easily enough ... gotta think about that. They were great!

I've got 5 sets of the drumstick racks. I then stagger them on the wire rack
to let the air and heat flow through. It gave wings more even cooking and I
didn't have to rotate racks at all.
