Description

Michigan has an already existing law, MCL 750.27, MSA 28.216, that if obeyed and enforced, would make Michigan smokefree. The law bans manufacture, sale, giveaway, of deleterious cigarettes. This group advocates for enforcement, and urges contacting law enforcement agencies and officers to do so.
