Hi everyone,

We have to make some changes to the way the on-air pc’s at Grafton are accessed and I’ve been shopping around.  I know; however, that there is more remote access happening on the day to day than just the KXPO and KAUJ air computers.  It is possible that it would make better sense to consolidate what everyone is using and just have one company account with one resource for access.  So I need to know, do YOU go online and remotely access ANY of the company computers in any of our locations?  If so, which PC(s) do you need access to & which login service do you currently use (i.e. GoToMypPC or TeamViewer).  Please reply and I’ll compile a list so I can assess our needs.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Andrea

Diane, will you get a copy of this note to Rat, Lacey, Jess and whoever isn’t on our google group account yet.   Thx

Andrea-
From here, the only computers I access remotely is the KXPO Production computer via Splashtop. And when I do, it's on a very sporadic occasion, mostly if I'm having to force late updates to the RRFN or making sure that your weather files are updating correctly. I haven't used GoToMyPC or TeamVIewer for any of the Grafton computers in at least a year.

It would be nice if I could remotely access spots and Production computers for the Langdon Cluster

I use Google Remote Desktop to access all our players... it's free software, but everyone would need to log into the same google account to do this I believe.  Anydesk software is another program that works well and is free.
