Hi Lucky 13 ,

I hope you and your families are well. It has been a while. In approximately 4 months, I will be joining a team of about 50 climbers to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania to raise funds for the Timmerman Traverse, benefiting Sickle Forward, an organization focused on rapid diagnosis and treatment of Sickle Cell patients in Africa. Today, I am reaching out to ask for your support in helping me reach my fundraising goal of $50,000. Rest assured that 100% of your donation will go directly to Sickle Forward.

First, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your support and take a moment to share my training plan. I am thrilled to report that my preparation for this challenge has been going exceptionally well. I am consistently working on my cardiovascular health via daily 3 mile walks, and I am also completing strength training 3-4 times a week. Though my training is on track, I am falling short of my fundraising goal. While completing the Mount Kilimanjaro climb will be a personal highlight, raising funds for Sickle Cell is an even more meaningful accomplishment.

I humbly request your support of a donation towards my Sickle Forward fundraising goal. If your company has a charitable donation match program, I would ask that you leverage that as well. That said, every contribution, regardless of its size will make a significant difference in the lives of those battling Sickle Cell Disease.

I hope I can count on you!!! Every donation brings us closer to changing the life of a Sickle Patient.

Please donate to my climb by clicking on the link below:
