I enquired abt the MMR docs that needs to be sent to the univ.

This is the reply I got from Amy:
New students have until the end of their first semester to get the immunization documents in to the Health center

I think she must've meant that it can be taken care of at the Univ Health Center nd we need not worry abt it now

Sagar,
Medicines (read  vaccination or injection or anything for that matter) are really expensive in US. So,it's always advisable to have things done from India , in case you can.
Best,
Shweta

@Shweta ya actually I wanted to know wht specific immunizations wud be required if we dont have the MMR docs. But this is the reply that I got. Apparently the 1st Aug deadline is not mandatory so thrs no need to panic.

Guys

I had a talk with a current student and he told me that the Tuberculosis test will be conducted in US, the cost is $10. You may want to carry a X-ray just in case as it costs $40. As for others its best we get it done in India.

Cheers
Abinav
