Hi All,

A little over two weeks to go and I wonder how many have found a place to stay. I remember Shwetha mentioning about getting an apt in grad hills. Dont know about the others.

I recommend others share their preferences and budget. It should help us all in finding a good place soon.

Rakesh,
Good thought. Please find it near to the campus in the starting years as commuting during the initial years may be a prob if one is not well aware of the places. Most of the seniors recommended staying in Graduate Gardens or Graduate Hills. Also, first year will involve a  lot of group work so its always advantageous to stay in close proximity.

All the best with your search. Please check the option for temporary accommodation with SCI just to be on the safer side.

Best,
Shweta

Grad Hills/Gardens have long waiting lists and its next to impossible to get a room there now. Other realistic options are Seven Springs, Mazza Grandmarc, Wynfield Park etc..These places are not walkable from the university, but are well connected via shuttles..
