First of all, this so-called judgment is a result of either utter blindness or, alternatively, of total corruption of the entire "court system" worldwide and there are reasons for it that not many have even noticed, and that is Truth can not be copyrighted in principle, nor is religion.

As far as copyright goes, the very essence and a purpose of copyright law is to protect the COMMERCIAL interests of the author of creative work. Nothing more than that. It is all about money and can be understood in principle since any author has done the work and he and the publishers deserve to be paid for their efforts. But what we have here is not the author but the group of essentially parasites that are trying not to only monetize that which is beyond such futile things, but thieves.
Furthermore, these worshipers of the money god are not doing anything to protect his work or facilitate as wide of a distribution of it as possible, but just the other way around. Therefore, they are not serving his interests and they could care less about such things. About all they want is money, which is a myth in itself. How could anyone even conceive anything like that is beyond comprehension and they will certainly have to face the consequences of it.

Even if the whole world or any so-called court or even any "corporation"and/or foundation using the words "Osho" or "Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh" inits name, regardless of its purpose and intent, objects this decision,it does not matter either to me nor to Truth, even an iota. Like it simplydoes not exist or does not apply to reality.Yes, they certainly can do all sorts of destructive things, as they forever do,but they have no power or authority to cancel or annul the essence and themeaning of this message or its effects that will continue to exist andremain in force even if I am not around in the physical form any longer.This means that this message can not be canceled.
Otherwise, they will be violating his word, his wish, and, effectively,his will. He has given the public and precise instructions as to "power"and "authority" of those to whom certain certificates were issued in his name.
