Dear All,
Thank you very much for your kind words & good wishes.
As ex Faculty-In-Charge of SMIMS Research Unit, I think, it is my responsibility to inform you, in a nut shell, all activities of the Research Unit during last three years.
RPEC / IRPEC [2015, 2016]
Schedule meetings were conducted and approved protocols are kept in the office of Research Unit (Hard copy). Soft copies were uploaded at the SMIMS RESEARCH UNIT website.
PEC [2015 – 2017]
Few meetings were conducted. Hard copies of minutes of the meetings are kept in the Research Unit Office.
IEC [2015, 2016]
Schedule meetings were conducted and approved protocols  are kept in the office of Research Unit (Hard copy). Soft copies were uploaded at the SMIMS RESEARCH UNIT website.
IEC REGISTRATION
SMIMS is still continuing with IEC registration as cancellation of registration has not been communicated to us by the authority till today. We have completed the tenure, applied for re-registration, sent reminder. Now papers related to new constituted IEC will have to be sent to gear up the process.  
RESEARCH INFORMATION, 2017
Schedule meetings (IRPEC, IEC) were conducted. Soft copies of three files containing respectively,
1. Approved protocols from IRPEC 
2. Approved protocols from IEC
3. SMIMS Research Information
are submitted to the Research Unit Office to add activities of December & for uploading. Hard copies are, however, kept in the Research Unit Office.
SMU MEDICAL JOURNAL
Published eight issues with ISSN No. 2349-1604. The journal is indexed in two national & four international indexing agencies with SJIF impact factor 3.835.  In each issue more than 65% authors are from abroad. All issues are kept in the SMU Website (www.smu.edu.in).

Through Google open RESEARCH INFORMATION (SMIMS) page and find all seven files.
