Friends, this is the last issue of SMU Medical Journal from my side as Editor. I can still remember the day, sometimes in mid of August 2013, when I showed my interest for this project to our the then honorable Vice Chancellor, Brig. (Dr) Somnath Mishra & he was kind enough to give me responsibility to start SMU Medical Journal. Thereafter with continuous support from his side, support & cooperation from the side of our respected Dean cum Chief Editor of SMU Medical Journal Air Marshal (Dr) G. S. Joneja, VM (Retd.), support of our present Vice Chancellor honorable Lt. Gen. (Dr) M D Venkatesh and above all with all of your good wishes & co operations, we were able to publish nine issues of SMU Medical Journal well in time. Perhaps we were also able to give SMU Medical Journal a platform in International level as in each issue of the journal more than 70% of the published articles were from abroad.  
For your ready reference all these issues of SMU Medical Journal are kept in the archives of home page of the Journal.
Once again I thank you all for your good wishes & co operations.
