Regarding utilization of the endowment fund SMIMS

Dear Ma'am,

Dr. Ramdas Pai and Mrs Vasanth Pai Endowment Fund SMIMS approved on 27/12/2016 as a seed grant for utilization on research titled "knowledge and attitude of students regarding substance abuse, an exploratory study in Sikkim" has been not claimed by me because I have misplaced the receipts for the bills used in photocopying the questionnaire, transportation and other expenditures.

I have requested the vendors to reissue the receipts. I will submit the receipts as soon as I get them.

I request you to kindly consider my request to hold the fund.
