On Monday we discussed the questionnaires for officials and policymakers and surveys for the residents of Marinduque.

Moe Moe's format was quite good so we decided to use that for all the questionnaires.

Please submit finalized questionnaires to the google groups page (or respond to this email) by this Sunday 18th of October. I will combine them into one file for submission to Dr. Fellizar so he can check them out.

Attached is my questionnaire and resident survey, if you could please look at it to see the format and to make suggestions it would be appreciated.

Hello Smilers,

Hope all are fit and fine. I apologize for the late submission of Thesis Proposal and Questionnaire. But I need a little more time as I have to Prepare four types of Questionnaires for sector of people. Now I have prepared one questionnaire. And I am submitting that Questionnaire ( for the service providor) and the Thesis proposal. As I would have my mid term exam by the end of next week, I am having a bit tough time to handle all the work together. So It would be very helpful for me if I get more time.

Thank you very much to our Leader Max for his efficient commandments and patience. And special Thanks to Seth and Moe Moe who have helped me in doing the Proposal.

I hope the documents i am submitting are without any mistakes. Though I would be very glad if I receive any suggestions and correction regarding them.
