Airplane tickets are insane! I can't find any ticket below 70,000 yen and just for 15 days and very limited in departure dates, any suggestions?

Hello Gabriel. Can you try the Cebu Pacific airlines departing from Kansai airport?It is safe and cheap though you may have to travel by boat to Osaka. If all of you can arrange common schedule to use this carrier, you can save a good sum. Please explore. BTW, do you need a visa to the Philippines? Maybe not? Check this out.
