PySMILE - A python library for encoding/decoding SMILE format

I noticed that https://github.com/brianm/libsmile, claims to, but does not have python support, so, just to see if I could, I made a python lib for encoding and decoding SMILE format:

Very much awesome! I have hoped to get more implementations for other languages, and especially Python, Ruby and Perl.
