Note on suggested MIME type: "application/x-jackson-smile"

One suggestion from Jackson mailing list is that of defining
recommended MIME type to use for Smile-encoded content. Of ones
suggested, one that made most sense at this point was:
application/x-jackson-smile
and so I went ahead and added a note on this at [http://
wiki.fasterxml.com/SmileFormatSpec].
This can be upgraded if and when format itself gets more standardized
(RFC or such).
