Dear DPM,

Under the SETU Project, villages in Chirang district have reported instances of Human–Elephant conflict affecting project households, details as enclosed. To strengthen community preparedness and promote preventive measures, an orientation session on Human–Elephant Conflict Management is proposed in collaboration with Aaranyak on 28 May 2026 at Chirang, at CMTC respectively.

As per the notification, With the IDD holiday being revised from 27th May to 28th May, as such we will have to hold this training on 29th May. Rest all remains the same.
