Dear DPMs,

In continuation of the trail mail, you are hereby informed that all established CMTCs are expected to function as financially viable and self-sustaining institutions. In view of the above, it is advised that the training of all verticals of ASRLM, including the Skill component, may preferably be organised at the CMTCs to ensure their optimal utilisation and sustainability.

However, while planning and organising such training , particularly the Block level training, due consideration should be given to the distance and accessibility of the CMTC for participants from such distant Blocks in order to ensure convenience and effective participation of the participants. Considering this, you are requested to plan and organise training at the CMTCs in a manner that balances both institutional sustainability and participant convenience.
