Request for permission to form new CLF

With due respect, I would like to state that there is a requirement for formation of 2 (two) numbers of Cluster Level Federations (CLF) one each at Patharkandi block and Nilambazar block under Sribhumi district.

In this regard, it is requested to kindly grant permission for formation of the new CLFs in the above-mentioned Blocks for covering the newly shifted Gram Panchayats (GPs) from nearby blocks. Necessary documents has been attached, may kindly find it.
