Takea look at the settings you have in RoboForm's options menu,

particularly in "auto fill". If you have any of the options which don't

require the program to ask you first then it might be causing your

slow-down as it fills forms on the fly.HTH--

RegardsSteve G

I experience no such difficulty and nothing is set to auto fill. Also I

have probably far too many extensions, which I'm sure slows down the

opening of FF 2 and 2.0.0.1, but no difficulty once it is up.

1/ the slowing is with the loading of individual pages, not with the

loading of FF.

2/ i've already done the process of elimination thing and it's

definitely Roboform that's causing the problem. I went & checked my Roboform settings and all looks well. Thing of

it is, I've been using Rf for about 5 months without a problem (and

without changing any settings), while this slowing thing has been doing

on for only about 2 weeks. An additional piece of info: when the page loads now, it's coming up,

then looking like it's refreshing itself two or three times before the

loading is done. Does that offer any additional clues? thanks.

Using the latest versions of CCleaner and Roboform as the home page, CCleaner prevents the home page loading.

If I uncheck Google Chrome Internet cache (same with Edge and Firefox) then the roboform home page loads.

If I leave Google Chrome Internet cache checked, then the home page will not load.

As a workaround, I can clean the cache and then unchecked. Try to load the home page once, which fails, and then load again, which works. Everything continues to work until I check the internet cache and clean.

My sone has the same problem on a different PC. Hopefully they will fix this

Roboform keeps popping up a window asking for feedback after I've uninstalled it on windows 10. It has popped up so much time already that my browser(microsoft edge chromium) autocompletes it after I enter roboform in my address bar. I've entered some stuff in the feedback box at least fifteen times. How do I stop it?

I am switching from Roboform, and I can't seem to find 2 features in that package. Do these exist in 1P?

1) When signing up on a web site, if the URL was new to Roboform it would just prompt to save, I didn't have to manually click a save button

2) If I change a password on a site in Roboform, RF realizes that and offers to update the saved login. Does 1P do this at all?

We've recently added the auto-save feature to the beta version of 1Password in the browser. If you register a new account on a new website without using 1Password in the browser to generate a password or sign in to a pre-existing login that was not saved in your vault, 1Password in the browser will offer to save the Login item after the information has been submitted. The Auto-save beta feature also includes if you manually type in a new password on a change/update password page.

Once we've finished testing this new feature, hopefully, it will make it to the stable version soon. In the meantime, the best way to save a Login item is using the save prompt. Here's more information if you're interested -> Save and fill passwords in your browser.

I searched the forum here and the latest thread referencing this (in Feb 2008) refers the poster to another thread from Jan 2008. That thread has a link to a developmental snapshot "for testing only", but that link leads to a 404 Error page. Is that because it is no longer developmental, and is now fully functional? Or doesn't Keepass really import Roboform data?

I am really hoping that the features list is correct and that I can import my Roboform data. I have used Roboform for 5 years and have far too many passwords/logins there to start over and input all to Keepass manually. I actually did once import all my Firefox password data into Keepass 2 and started transferring the Roboform data manually, but after about a week of that my database will no longer open. Instead I get an error dialog that says the database "Failed to load the specified file! Index was outside the bounds of the array." That popped up when I tried to use the Password Key to open the database. I ended up deleting that database AND key and started all over, only to have the same thing occur the second time I tried to open the new database. I deleted THAT database and key as well.

I now don't want to even go through that again unless there is a way I can import the Roboform data. The databases appear to be too delicate or easily corrupted for me to go through all that manual input again.

Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 28.0 r0 by removing it with this tool : -player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.htmlIf you use it Reinstall with Flash Player Version: 30.0.0.134 Current Version 1: Select Operating SystemStep 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .)Note: Other software is offered in the download.

Wow, I guess I never realized that mozilla didn't offer any customer service. I honestly don't know what to do or how to respond, sorry for all the questions, however, I wasn't getting any answers? I had a tool bar menu at added to the bottom of my page, it has disappeared and I have no idea how to re-add it?

It just had many items, quick links that I could click on to access, I honestly don't know all that was on it, I never paid that great of attention to it as Mozilla always created it back for me again after any updates, it didn't do it this time, I have no idea where it is or how to find it. I'm actually really smart except for technical computer issues which I don't get and frustrate me to no end.

thanks for your reply, as I said, I need very specific instructions, like; click on this, then click on that, then click on this, then press ok? Otherwise, I will not be able to do it, sorry, just one area of expertise that I rely on others for? Maybe it's time to go back to explorer, as I can't seem to figure this one out? I went and looked at the 3 bars, clicked and didn't see anything that I thought was missing.

I tried that link and honestly wasn't sure what I was supposed to do? I certainly didn't find what you were asking me? I have got to get ready for another meeting, really don't have the time or patience for this anymore, so if there is not an easy fix (it just use to pop up and ask if I wanted to add it to the bottom) to finding and re-adding a tool bar menu back to the bottom, I'll just remove Mozilla from my computer and just use explorer or some other web browser, thanks.

I have read those types of clauses in many sets of rules for many years. As I track my wins, who I won from and how I entered, I know for a fact I have won contests using RoboForm with a similar clause. I also know that adding a component to a contest that tracks keystrokes or a timer on a webpage is an additional cost to running a contest. Many companies have tight budgets so adding on a component like that is just not done. What they do is add the clause in the rules hoping to scare off entrants. If you ask the lawyers who write the rules, they do not know for a fact if the company has in fact tracked the entrants as it states in the clause.

Many contests state that you will be disqualified if you use autofill programs. I know that they cannot tell if you typed the words yourself or used a program. I get that but there is talk that they can tell by the speed that the form is filled out i.e.: it is just seconds between the form appearing and the submit button is hit. Do you have any comment on that?

I have been using RoboForm extensively for years as both a password manager and form filler for online sweepstakes entries (and similar forms), if I have ever been disqualified for using RoboForm I have not been notified of it and have had much more frequent success since adopting the software.

I have reset Firefox many times. I have completely uninstalled IE 8, Firefox and the Roboform software and all folder and file references to all. I re-installed IE 8 and Firefox. One click on either Icon on my Homepage brings up Firefox and IE 8 with a Roboform home page that I do not want. I am very computer literate but nothing gets rid of Start.Roboform.com. Resets of defaults don't work, resetting Internet Options homepage addresses doesn't work. Deleting 'prefs' in Firefox doesn't work and finally Roboform hasn't helped!

Once in the 'about.config' page - I scrolled down to 'browser.startup.homepage' where I found the 'Start.Roboform.com' command. I modified this entry to www.bing.com and exited and my problems were over. Many thanks for the pointer.

I am trying to replicate a basic version of RoboForm -us/articles/360042538712-How-to-use-AutoSave-and-Inplace-AutoFill) or Autofill =en) chrome extensions and I want to fill out the form here ( -executive-baas/4954092/apply). The main problem is that the stripe form makes use of an iframe to render the text boxes. As such, I am unable to actively get and set the values of the textboxes unless I do a manual inspection to render the iframe which provides me with the iframe textbox ids. RoboForm and AutoFill seem to have access to the id values of the text boxes without having to do anything unique here. See the screenshot attached (Screenshot of AutoFill Filling Form) which shows how Roboform gets the id of the textbox to be able to overlay their icon on the text and also autofill immediately filled out the view once I opened the link on Chrome without me having to reload iframe or inspect any element on iframe

I know this error message is due to the Same-Origin Policy which is a security measure that prevents a web page from making requests to a different domain or accessing the content of a frame from a different domain.

andtried setting the src of the iframe to _proxy/index.php?$targetUrlwhere targetUrl was the src in the iframe I obtained from document.getElementById('grnhse_iframe'). Setting the URL kept giving me[Report Only] Refused to frame ..."Screenshot of Error when i try to set the URL
