- just 1 blue dot here which apparently means that the phone company
just makes 1 drop to the building - ie - has just 1 cable coming into
the building - and there is equipment in the building which sorts out
the various suites and phones inside the bld

from the scannerist point of view - every one in the bld could be on a
different radio channel - maybe everyone in the bld uses the cellular
type two way radio systems now - so there might be absolutely nothing
to hear via a consumer grade 'police' radio scanner
