all of those blasting sirens for a piece of burnt toast in a house
we know its a fine line between a fully involved house and a garbage
fire sometimes
not sure how boston or fdny handles this - probably the same - if the
caller reports seeing smoke or smelling smoke or seeing flames -
inside a bld - then its full response time
electrical arcs from electric plugs - thats right on the line between
something and nothing
the good news is - they generally dont blast the sirens when people
are sleeping - like 11 pm to 5 am
