this has got Roger Stone written all over it - a crazy dude just
happens to open fire on a crowded roadway with a machine gun in
Cambridge Mass

cop and bystander took down the perp - just 2 bystanders shot
initial call went to boston pd and then to state pd or cambridge pd -
how long did it take to make all those relay calls? - shooting started
shortly before PD arrived - DA did not give response time in first 5
minutes of video
along the charles river on memorial; drive
the cop ran toward the gunfire - he has a vest and gun - no one else
did but the LTC guy
