they fill out forms after a disaster - fema does run the national fire
academy but they just train people to burn down large cities and to
look the other way when 800,000 die of drug ODs in 10 years - hey FEMA
- got a question for you - how many FD comm plans exist in the USA
now? - maybe 30,000? maybe 60,000 with half the radios using old comm
plans - brilliant - how many in the USA fire service even know what a
comm plan is?
