It is very hard for me to write this e-mail to a person like you because here words are completely unable to express our feelings towards you . One of the major criteria for a success of any person especially those who are dealing with people and providing services for them is to be empathic and may be this character is your key to success with all personalities. You showed how the leader of any project should put himself the last in order to satisfy people . Honestly you are a role model of an excellent leader who analyze, plan , implement and monitor all things to reach the best.
