Project Discussion Dates and Time.

Dear All SMD 13 Friends,
Kindly, be notified that your project discussion will be on Sunday and Tuesday June 20 and 22, 2010 from 6:00 to 9:00 Pm.
In order not to waste your time, I will prepare a schedule for the six hours of the two days according which four only will discuss their project in an hour. So, send me your hour preference as soon as you can in order to put you in your chosen hour. If your chosen hour is occupied by four participants, I will schedule you in the nearest next hour.
To remind you, you should prepare few PPT slides, say, five ones in order to help you organise your presentation. The slides should contain summary of your project. For example, one for your project background with its boundaries; The second may be for the objectives; the third can be for the methodology adopted; Then one probably, for the conclusion you reached in your research; The last could be for your recommendations. Do not make your slides cumbersome with too many lines of too small font words. Simple slides with few lines, and big font key words organised in a bullet format are great. In this way, you can spare time for your oral presentation and discussion and does not turn it out to be a piece of dictation.
As well, do not forget to prepare a backup for your slides in case you were unlucky with one of your brought slides medium.
