Please find enclosed herewith the Draft Rules issued by the Govt of Maharashtra on Real Estate Regulatory And Development Act, 2016. The rules are open for public comments till 23rd December, 2016.
Cooperative Committee of WIRC of ICAI is planning to submit the suggestion and objections on the above Rules by 23rd Dec, 2016 which is the last date for submitting such suggestions.
We request you to kindly go through the draft rules and come back with your valuable inputs on the same latest by 21st Dec.2016 and support the initiative of the Cooperative Committee to submit the representation on RERA which is one of the most emerging area having ample opportunities for the CAs and also expected to bring the transparency in entire Real Estate Sector.
