Sean Smith, Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs for Department of
Homeland Security

President Barack Obama's successful election campaign has been cited
by numerous public relations' experts as a case study on the use of
social media in garnering public support. In February, Alabama PRSA
will have the opportunity to learn from the Obama campaign's
communication director -- Sean Smith, Assistant Secretary for Public
Affairs for the Department of Homeland Security. Smith will also share
how he has utilizes social media in his current office.
