Riders,

This year’s Boot Award Dinner will be held on August 23rd from 5 to 7 PM at:

Harry’s Hofbrau
1909 El Camino Real
Redwood City, CA
94063
650-366-3733

We have the private (indoor) room this year.  Please meet us there for conversation and refreshment at 5PM.

Drinks, libations, etc., are available at the bar,  which is not far from the room.

About 5:30 or so, we’ll move to the cafeteria style food line where you can choose your dinner, and bring it back to our room.

Please encourage your riding, and retired riding friends to attend, and please encourage yourself to attend.

Margie, the Hofbrau has many, many foods to choose from, they have vegetarian dishes.

I was looking forward to the dinner, but I've been fighting the flu this week so won't be able to attend.  That's what my wife and I get for taking BART to 16th and Mission for Tapas.  It was really tasty, but not worth catching the flu.

I was planning on attending for the first time this year then my cousin switched a family event!  I hope to make this next year.  Also, I just recently had something happen that would qualify for the boot but that’s a story for breakfast. Cheers. Paul B.
