SmashedApples Presentation & Checkins

I presented SmashedApples to the Austion, Texas Flex User Group
tonight via connect. Overall I thought it went pretty well. I also
refactored the flex sdk a bit to accomodate a more broader range of
cloud services. I also updated the Explorer App. A demo can be found

I also checked in all the OAuth contributed by iotashan (thanks btw)
code to directory and will be working getting it into the demo
shortly.

Other than that, I've been chipping away at the Air Cloud Manager app
and have a working skeleton hashed out. So I'll be checking that in as
well.
