[PATCH] configurable default date format

Hi,

I was very glad when I saw that finally the default charset for escape
modifiers is configurable using the SMARTY_RESOURCE_CHAR_SET constant. I'm
proposing here a similar approach for the default date format which (just
like the charset) also depends on the user's needs, so setting it
(some way other than patching smarty codebase) may also come handy.
Please consider to apply the attached patch.
