Smarty 3.1.18 not available in packagist.org

Hi everyone,

I'm using composer to install Smarty and I can't find the latest version
(3.1.18) in there.

https://packagist.org/packages/smarty/smarty

Big PHP projects have been migrating to composer as their official
installation method. Have you evaluated the possibility to do the same?
