I implemented the RSM as part of my M.Sc. thesis. Please find the attachement.
Reproducing the results on the 20 Newsgroups dataset is kinda tricky,
but as soon as I finish my thesis (hopefully within 2 weeks) you can have details on that, too.
If you have any question, don't bother to ask.
