Seeing as 0.2.8 is about 8 months old, I think it's wroth asking -

Are there any reasons to use or not use HEAD vs 0.2.8?
How stable it is, and does it include important features/bugfixes missing in 0.2.8?

Thanks,
Ron

Hi Ron,

Here's a list of issues that have been fixed in HEAD since 0.2.8:

Not much for the time being, so if you're not bothered by any of the above, there's no difference between 0.2.8 and HEAD.

Finally, if you like living on the edge, you can take a look at SmartSprites forks on GitHub https://github.com/carrotsearch/smartsprites/network, they have some features not yet included in the official code.

Cheers,

Staszek

Thanks, I'll stick for 0.2.8 for now ... although I do have a bug that I just found (reported in a separate thread), so let's see how that goes around.
