Must have strong technical background in Java development and AWS Cloud.
 
Responsibilities:
·        Plan, manage, and deliver Java + AWS-based projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps) for successful delivery.
·        Provide technical oversight on Java/Spring Boot and AWS implementations.
·        Track progress, risks, and issues using Jira and ensure transparency across teams.
·        Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
·        Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and clients.
 
Requirements:
·        Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
·        Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS).
·        Hands-on experience managing projects using Jira and Confluence.
·        Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
·        Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
·        PMP, CSM, or AWS certification will be an added advantage.



In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $55-$60. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
