My name is Anil and I am a Technical Recruiter from Empower Professionals Inc. We are sourcing for a “Sr. Java Developer” role located at “Newport news, VA (3 days a week onsite)
” and it is a long term contract for at least 12 months and can be extended further as well.

Role: Sr. Java Developer
Location: Newport news, VA (3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
 
Must have:

• 8+ Years of experience in Java
• 3+ Years of experience in Microservices and Azure Kubernetes
• 4+ Years of experience in Springboot, Open API, REST, MongoDB
• 1+ years fo experience in Azure

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture
• Understanding of performance engineering
• Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques
• Basic understanding of project domain.
• Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements
• Ability to design and code complex programs.
• Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications.
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

 In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50 – $55/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
