Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with a strong background in the Healthcare/Payer domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data architecture, healthcare data ecosystems, and large-scale data migration initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Data Modeling, Data Architecture, and Enterprise Data Design
• Extensive experience working within healthcare ecosystems, including:
  • Health Plans
  • Payer Systems
  • Claims Processing
  • Enrollment
  • Eligibility
  • Payment Data
• Proven hands-on experience leading or supporting large-scale data migration projects from legacy platforms to modern cloud or enterprise data environments
• Experience working with healthcare organizations such as:
  • Client Cross (Client)
  • Client
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Other major healthcare payer organizations
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise data models spanning multiple healthcare systems and business functions
• Strong understanding of healthcare data integration, transformation, governance, and modernization initiatives
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to define data requirements and architecture standards
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architecture frameworks
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience with enterprise data warehousing and data governance initiatives
