Here is my take on the paper. I have highlighted changes in yellow. The paper need minor formatting changes that I would do after you take a crake at it.
Second, it appears that I will not be able to apply the paper for review until tomorrow due to their site maintenance. Note that I am leaving at around 10:00 am. If that is the case that I will leave it up to you to submit the manuscript. We have some time to decide about it.
