How to analyze the results of SMART

Hello! Thank you for SMART NMR tool. I want to analyze the results of SMART, how to display the results in drawing software just like Cytoscape or others? Thank you for your answer.

Hi Baiming, Thank you very much for using SMART. The downloadable data format doesn't support Cytoscape for now. Please try to video the data by clicking "Embed in the Moliver" to view 3D cluster maps. You are able to screenshot the Moliverse view if you need it for publications.
