Hello SMART team,

I was attempting to use smart for a smaller set of signals, and no matter how I put the list in, I am getting server error 500 when attempting to submit. If I type the peak list into the webpage editor, it 'analyzes' indefinitely. Alternatively, when I submit a peak list for a known compound, the system works exactly as intended.

Is this error due to the format of the input, or is it due to the points being far too promiscuous to return results? This system has similar carbon shifts as well, so I could see how that may cause problems

Here is the system of interest:

1H  13C
7.50 124.6
7.97 124.6
8.26 120.6
8.39 120.7
8.72 124.4

Cheers,
Joe

Hey Joe,

I think its a formatting issue, needs to be comma separated. Is this the result you were expecting?

Hi Ming,

Thanks for getting it to work! I swear I tried that, as well as constructing a csv from scratch and it didn't work...

This is great to know for the future and thanks!

Cheers,
Joe
