Dear Sir,

Greetings from Indian Centre for CSR!

Indian Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR) is dedicated to ‘Championing the Cause of Social Returns.’ The company is engaged in the promotion of CSR through Advisory, Research, Education and Training.  ICCSR has also commenced the process of third intake for its globally acknowledged Master of Science (M.Sc.) in “CSR & Ethical Management Program” in association with the University of Applied Sciences, Vienna (Austria).

As we all know that no organization today can afford to ignore Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for furthering business interests. Good CSR creates “WOW EFFECT” on the Mind of all Stakeholders and BAD CSR can Close Down the Business’s. The growing concern about the impact of Businesses on environment and society is a global phenomenon. Specifically, in the Indian market, CSR has been gaining momentum.

The new company act promulgated by Government of India, mandating spend of 2% of average net profit of last 3 years on CSR activities has given it a very important push. The business today has realized that it is important to imbibe in their core strategic vision the concept of not just financial returns but adding the most important thing called social returns. The social returns are increasingly becoming the most sought after strategy for sustaining competitive advantages.

Right now there is a crippling need for Advance education on CSR in India.

To meet this challenge, ICCSR is bringing world-renowned authorities on CSR, Ms. Irene Daskalakis, Dr. Panagiotis Panagiotakopoulos and Mr. Rajesh Tiwari, to conduct a two-day Certificate course in “Developing the Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy & Report (G4)”.

Please refer to the attached brochure for details on course content.

The two day workshops will be held on 18th/19th March , 2014 at Bangalore and 20/21 March at Mumbai
